ABOUT andrew

Andrew Dorkins is a very experienced solicitor who is admitted to practice in Victoria, the High Court and in England and Wales, and who has practised predominantly in the field of commercial and corporate law in both Australia and the UK for over 20 years.  He also holds degrees majoring in Physics and a post graduate Psychology degree.

His experience includes corporate and commercial legal transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and governance, as well as a wide range of commercial matters both large and small affecting businesses and their owners, encompassing equities, business sales, leasing, franchising, trusts, partnerships, intellectual property, distributorship and licensing, and most aspects of conducting business in Australia and abroad.

Andrew holds a commercial pilot licence and in his spare time enjoys flying in the outback.
