ABOUT LUAN

Luan was admitted to practice, as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, in February 2006 after completing her Bachelor of Laws at The University of Melbourne and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Monash University.

Prior to joining Mahons, Luan has practised primarily in property law at several reputable firms in the city.

Luan’s areas of practice includes but not limited to property conveyancing, due diligence on property acquisitions, commercial and residential leasing including negotiation of lease terms, property developments and subdivisions and any property related matters.

Luan aims to provide excellent service and practical advice to her clients in order to resolve their legal queries in the most efficient and cost effective way.

Luan speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
