ABOUT sabina

Sabina was admitted to practice in 2004 and holds Bachelors’ degrees in both Law and Arts from Latrobe University. She also has a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen.

She has practiced in areas such as Property, Commercial, Estate Planning, Deceased Estates, when practising as a sole practitioner at her firm in Donvale and in the areas of Education Law and Litigation when working with a law firm in the Melbourne CBD and in Glen Waverley.

Her area of expertise includes advising clients on various Property and Commercial Law matters including sale and purchase of businesses, franchises, commercial and retail leases, broad range of property and related issues including assisting them during commercial and residential sales and purchases, Leasing, legal compliance, duty and taxes, as well as with issues that may arise such as disputes, defaults, and termination.

Sabina is skilled at quickly getting to the core of an issue and determining the most pragmatic and effective commercial resolution for her clients while delivering advice to them in a concise manner.
