Andrew Dorkins is a highly experienced solicitor admitted to practise in Victoria, the High Court of Australia, and in England and Wales. With over 20 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, Andrew has advised clients across Australia and the UK on a wide range of complex legal and business matters.

Andrew’s practice spans corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and governance. He regularly advises businesses and their owners on matters including business sales and structuring, equity arrangements, franchising, leasing, trusts, partnerships, intellectual property, licensing, and international commercial arrangements. His strength lies in providing practical, strategic legal solutions that support business growth and long-term success.

Andrew holds undergraduate degrees majoring in Physics, as well as a postgraduate qualification in Psychology—bringing a unique analytical and human-centred approach to his legal work. Outside of the office, he holds a commercial pilot licence and enjoys flying in remote parts of the Australian outback.
