Andrew Minahan

Andrew was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 1992. With over 25 years of experience, he has built a strong reputation in commercial litigation, regularly appearing in all Victorian courts, tribunals, and the Federal Court.

Andrew’s litgation and dispute resolution practice spans a broad range of legal areas, including contract and trade practices disputes, property and building disputes, corporate and personal insolvency, and debt recovery matters—particularly for subcontractors.
