Anthony Mahon

Anthony Mahon is the Managing Director of Mahons with Yuncken & Yuncken Lawyers, a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, and is also admitted as a Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania. With over 40 years of practice, he specialises in developing a total consulting package for small business clients, providing clear, practical advice, ongoing business strategies and succession planning.

Over a long period, Anthony has worked with families across multiple generations to plan for the future—helping clients protect assets, provide for loved ones, and pass on family values alongside wealth. He has drafted many thousands of wills and enduring powers of attorney during his career and regularly advises on appointments of attorneys and medical decision-makers.
