Wills & Estates Team; Solicitor

Janeni Jeremiah was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as an Australian solicitor in October 2015 and has since developed a practice known for its warmth, precision, and client-centred focus. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from Deakin University, and completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
Janeni began her career at a boutique commercial law firm, where she worked closely with a broad range of private clients—including business owners, high net worth individuals, and families. This experience shaped her holistic approach to legal advice and fostered her interest in helping clients navigate complex personal and financial matters with confidence.
Her primary area of practice is Wills & Estates, where she assists clients with estate planning, succession strategies, probate and estate administration. Janeni understands that dealing with end-of-life planning or the loss of a loved one can be an emotional and often overwhelming experience. She approaches each matter with sensitivity and professionalism, taking the time to explain options clearly and provide tailored guidance.
Known for her calm and approachable manner, Janeni values building long-term relationships with her clients. Her goal is to make the law more accessible and to empower people to make informed decisions about their future and legacy.
