Luan Ch’ng

Luan Ch'ng was admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in February 2006, after completing her Bachelor of Laws at The University of Melbourne and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Monash University.

Before joining Mahons, Luan worked at several respected law firms across Melbourne, gaining extensive experience in all areas of property law. Her work spans residential and commercial conveyancing, property acquisitions and due diligence, leasing (both commercial and residential), property developments, subdivisions, and a broad range of other property-related matters.

Luan prides herself on being approachable, thorough, and solution-focused. She’s passionate about helping her clients navigate legal issues with confidence and clarity, always aiming to provide practical advice and deliver results in a timely and cost-effective way.                                    

Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay, Luan is well-placed to assist clients from diverse backgrounds and ensure they feel understood and supported throughout the process.                  

Outside of work, Luan enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Melbourne’s vibrant food scene.
